A Lionz Den representative will not contact you after you submit your order or during the design creation process unless they have questions or concerns about your order. You are more than welcome to reach out via email, but please do not expect a response until the designs are complete.

Refunds are generally not provided, unless agreed upon otherwise. If you are having second thoughts about your purchase or have decided to go with another company, you are not eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of payment, the project will commence as per the client's provided timeline. For these reasons, it is recommended to allow sufficient time for project completion, as revisions may be necessary, there may be a high volume of orders, and previous work may take longer than expected. I typically provide a realistic timeframe, but during peak periods, I may require an additional business day. Any services that have been provided and paid for can be cancelled at any time for any reason. However, Lionz Den, Inc. will not refund payments for work that has already been completed or is in progress, in order to compensate for the loss of business.

If in the event a client is documented slandering or harassing Lionz Den or any extension of Lionz Den such as the owner; Denzel Starks with untrue statements falsehoods or any similar acts of harassment toward the company, its employees, and/or work that is produced after placing an order it will activate the kill clause in the agreement. The kill clause is equal to the amount of the initial deposit or payment made and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The order is auto terminated and all designs created will remain the property of Lionz Den. Use of work done in connection with the project and without our consent and/or continued harassment from the client could result in additional fees or legal action.

To complete a project, all requested information from the client must be submitted on time. Any delays on your end will impact the project completion date. Clients should maintain open lines of communication, and if extended time is needed for gathering information, it should be discussed during regular check-ins. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, so we ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

If there is no communication for 45 days or more, a restart fee of $200 will be charged. There will be no refund if the project expires after three months. The entire project will be terminated.

Just as Lionz Den respects your time, we expect the same in return. Disappearing on a project and returning without notice several months later disrupts our schedule significantly. It's unfair to customers who are prepared and ready with information. Rest assured, this policy will be enforced.
